Your sessions at ASAE were fantastic. My entire mindset on feedback has done a 180. I now invite and share feedback with my staff, it has had a very positive impact on our culture.

Best speaker at the conference, no contest. Hands down . . . Shari Harley. If every business enterprise in America had a Shari Harley on staff, doublespeak and baloney would wither and die in short order.
When given a perfect diamond – you flaunt it! That is what the FPA team delivered at the Leadership Conference. Your opening session was the best that I have seen in 10 years. The information you presented was extremely useful. We are already using a couple of the concepts at our chapter.
Being able to connect with everyone in the audience was artful. Your sense of humor supported the concepts so they would be remembered. Attendees left the room talking about how good the session was. That’s the real payoff!

Thank you so much for being our Mistress of Ceremonies at the CSAE conference. It was a very demanding job, but you sailed through it and brought your great humor, candor and sensitivity to the task. I hope you know how much I appreciate your taking on the responsibility of starting us off at every event, providing the thread between the sessions, giving direction to the attendees so they could get the most from each day, and supporting Joan and me in our efforts.
The handout you created was really key to helping the attendees focus on how to retain all the learning – and to act afterwards. The bright colors and great design elements really made the piece stand out.

Your Sales Association program on Friday was excellent. I admire your wit and humor, and feel I definitely benefited from your message about being direct with customers and asking them up front and throughout the relationship what they are and are not happy with.
I wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed your presentation yesterday at the Orange County FPA meeting in Irvine. It’s nice to have a presenter who doesn’t take herself so seriously and is able to be herself in front of such a large audience.
Two things you said in your presentation that stood out to me:
1) Clients would appreciate it if I expressed to them directly my desire to have a great relationship that is open to feedback so that their client experience would be even more enjoyable
2) I can only improve my reputation if I understand how I am being perceived
Powerful – loaded with application and insight. Wonderful speaker! Funny, real and useful. Very positive and provided actual tools to support good theories that have been well researched in leadership and management theories.
