Introduction to Read Before Shari Speaks

Shari Harley runs Candid Culture, an international training and consulting firm bringing candor back to the workplace, making it easier to tell the truth at work. Before launching her business Shari led leadership development training for OppenheimerFunds, conducted customer service training for American Century Investments, and facilitated for Dale Carnegie Training.

Shari speaks at conferences and does training and consulting with organizations throughout the U.S, and spent much of last year speaking and training in India, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Dubai, and Australia, where she unfortunately shopped her way through each country. Some of her clients include Noodles & Company, DirecTV, IBM, OtterBox, the City of Denver, the University of Colorado, and many others. Shari is the author of the book How to Say Anything to Anyone. She has a master’s degree in Communication and taught leadership development at the University of Denver. Shari lives in Denver because it is never humid in Colorado.
