Strategies: Don’t be afraid to confront difficult people in the workplace

If you’ve read your company’s handbook, you know that in the fine print it says, “There are three people in every organization who no one can work with.”

You can leave your organization to get away from the person who makes you crazy, but he’ll be waiting for you at the next organization in a different body. When you get more than five people together, craziness ensues. That’s just how it is.
